Born in Limassol, he studied graphic arts between 1973-76 at Doxiades School and painting, hagiography, frescoes andmosaics between 1978-84 at the Higher School of Fine Arts in Athens.

In the period 1984-84 he continued his studies in apinting and sculpture at the Free Academy of Fine Arts in Hague, Holland.

he has presented his works in one-man shows in Amsterdam, Rhodes, Cyprus and Athens.

In 1955 he held a one-man show at the House of Cyprus in Athens, under the general theme «Disposition».

has participated in many group exhibitions in CFyprus, Greece, Holland and the Cairo Biennale in 1988.

Together with three other artists, he has represented Cyprus at the Venice Biennale in 1997.

He lives and works in Holland.
